What does shipping cost cover?

Shipping costs cover handling and packing to make sure your item arrives safely, all orders come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once you order has been posted.  

 

Can I order from outside Australia?

Yes, international orders are accepted and will be posted through standard international shipping

 

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

It will take 1-3 days for orders to be dispatched.  

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is offered at the checkout. You can select this option to receive your order faster.  

 

How does my order get sent?

All deliveries will be sent through Australia post with tracking number. 

 

Can I send an order to someone in a different location? (e.g. as a gift)

Yes. Of course! We love to send gifts. Enter the recipients address and details in the shipping method section at the checkout.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

All products sold are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless deemed faulty. We cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find, if found we ask that you please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please email us along with clear images and a description of the issue along with your best contact details and order number. Once deemed faulty, we will cover shipping costs for you to return for a refund on the faulty item.
